Mooi afgewerkt materiaal, duidelijke info er bij. De draagtas zou enkele centimeters groter mogen zijn zodat het terug ín de draagtas krijgen van de mat iets meer 'zen' gaat :)

snelle bezorging en mogelijkheid om een afhaalpunt te kiezen. kussen en mat zien er goed uit, lijkt zeer degelijk. nu eenmaal gebruikt aan de hand van duidelijke instructie. handige opberg tas en extra dun lakentje voor op de mat.
scherpe puntjes, maar als je op de juiste manier op de mat afrolt heb je daar weinig last van. uiteraard voel je ze wel en even verschuiven is niet direct aan te raden. effect op lange termijn moet nog blijken.

Voor het slapengaan gebruik ik de mat ongeveer 15 - 20 min. Dit helpt mij ontspannen en beter slapen. In het begin is het even doorzetten maar er wordt een lakentje mee geleverd zodat je rustig aan kan wennen aan het gebruik.
